Shipping Conditions

Through our partner DHL who offer a fast and guaranteed Express Courier services – from the time of consignment, we deliver the goods directly to your home in 24 hours in the EUROPEAN UNION, to smaller towns and islands in 48/72h. The timing may vary due to force majeure, such as meteorological conditions and strikes. Shipping costs may vary without notice, but customers will always be notified before they order and proceed with payment.

Delivery conditions

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during standard office hours, excluding national holidays and any other days the office is closed (communicated on company website).

The address indicated in the order form by the customer will be the final address for shipments.

When the order is delivered to DHL, an e-mail or SMS containing a tracking link will be sent, so that the customer is able to check the status of the package from the moment it leaves our warehouse up until the expected delivery date.

In the case that the delivered package cannot be picked up on the scheduled date, it will be possible to reschedule the delivery via a provided link.

The delivery is deemed complete, solely at the moment the product is collected by the customer.

If the customer notices there is damage to the package, packaging and/or the products or he/she receive an incorrect number of items/packages, he/she can file a complaint, according to the terms outlined in the contract of sale below (link).

Failure to deliver

If the recipient is not able to pick up the delivery at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice of non-delivery which includes the shipping number. The customer can reschedule the delivery using the details and link provided on the notice.

In the event that DHL fails to deliver the products to the customer within 3 days, the ordered products will remain in storage at the nearest DHL warehouse for 5 working days and 7 calendar days, after which the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Payments and Security

The accepted payment methods are: Credit, debit, prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) e Pay Pal. 

All entered data is protected, as transferred in a coded form using an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer). This system protects your personal details and ensures it is not visible to third parties.
